I joined the race for some reasons....

1) The big poster at queensway keep attracting my attention when I pass by there every morning...

2) Wanna encourage the cg to join...( many didn't make it in time for the registration)

3) I like the title...It is full of meaning! haha..

4) The Race Tee was quite nice and go free goodies too=) too bad I didnt get the number 0000001 or 1000000.

5) I am one of the one million!

6) Its my first race outside of army

7) My muscles are turning in fats...been sitting in office for a long time and many are commenting that I am turning really fair...

Its was a good run. Except the routes will be better if it is wider...and water point always end up with human jam. A few of us took part, me, dear, R, G, P and B. My bro went along too...Well well...Me and dear completed our first race! YAY! hahaha...its quite a accomplishment taking into account the fact that we have not run since the day we stepped into our working lives. We wanted to give up half way through tho but hey! its nike...Just Do It...so we did. Was surprise with the timing tho=) Both of us thought we took longer than that..it will be a secret=P

Its was a slow jogged...chatted, whine abt life, listen to other people conversations, enjoy the view. The best part about the run was that as we ran down the road...we met people we know..my secondary sch friends. my army friends, primary sch friends...

Encouragement from God as I ran: As u run along the journey of life, many people zoom pass you, or many people give up and drop out along the way. It is important that we stay focus, keep to our pace and don't give up. Along the way you will meet people who are your friends. A smile, a wave, keeping you going..It will never be a lonely journey even tho the race is tough and long...In the midst of all the rushing and noise..quiet down your heart and you will hear God whisper into your ears.=)
